Lojem has a few cities, towns, islands, or others who don't easily fit into one of the three major countries either geographically or culturally. As such, these places operate politically and economically independent from the rest of Lojem. A list of those cities, towns, or other areas can be found below.

Klacktri: Klacktri is a city found underneath the waves of the Alfrego Sea. Built into an underwater cliffside, this city of semi-aquatic lizards is one of the oldest settlements on Lojem. The city produces an extensive amount of quartz crystals and has a large Natatorium. The city is somewhat isolated, however, meaning they have lacking relations with most of the rest of Lojem. Population: 8,000

Lumordre: Founded directly after the fall of the Veiled Empire, this small city of primarily Ra’ites rests on an island in the middle of the Alfrego Sea. Similar to the Miriton tower, the Munex tower, a tower that glows with the power of the sun, provides the city with holy light even at night. The people of Lumordre are more focused on Ra as a deity of the sun rather than order. Population: 2,000

Midnight's Rest: This small city on the edge of Lojem has become the home of many new adventurers. Founded by adventurers scorned by the rest of the world, Midnight’s Rest promised to be a home for all. The place seems to attract a bit of weirdness and chaos to it, usually involving adventurers. Whether that chaotic weirdness exists because of those adventurers or whether those adventurers were attracted by the same thing that brings the weirdness is unknown. Maybe it has something to do with the odd black box in the tunnels…

T'or's Treningsplass and The Solarium: These two temples to T’or and Ra respectively lie far up near the peak of Mount Fajro. T’ors Treningsplass is a massive Enclave the size of a city and built like a fortress. The Solarium, meanwhile, is lavish temple resting at the peak such that it gets more hours of daylight compared to the surrounding area. Population: 4,000

The Random Encounter Tavern isn't actually located on Lojem island, but the main entry way is a psionic teleportation circle located at the former location of the Portal Farm (known as Port Senfinico).
