In-game date proceeds at a rate of 2 in-game weeks to every 1 real-world week. In-game weeks are 6 days long. Therefore, 12 game days pass for every real-world week. Note that this is only applicable outside of long-running campaigns, as time passes within a campaign at a rate determined by the GM.

A timeskip will usually take place at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters so the in-game posted date keeps pace with major collaborative campaigns, such as the annual Newbie Campaign.
