==== A Note on Names ====
You may see alternate names for some cities underneath their names, that is because the primary language spoken in Geleia is Geleik, the linguistic ancestor to modern Elvish. As such, many places have, and still have, their original Geleik names. However, the names of some larger or more important cities also have names in the Paroli which are listed for ease!

===== Geography =====
Geleia is primarily an island nation that is composed primarily of grassy plains dotted with small villages and hamlets. However, to the south, the forest of Janan covers almost a quarter of the land, in the east a large mountain range defends the city of Kieron's Watch, and in the northwest you can find the swampy Nesvasel.\\

=== Janan ===

Janan is a stretch of forest that encapsulates various small towns and settlements. Janan is also a home to various wandering mages and nomads selling their wares to the municipalities they come across.

=== Nesvasel ===

A swamp and terrestrial home of the semi-aquatic lizards who live around Geleia. This place has kept its ancestral Sel’ict name and prides itself on its heritage. This civilization is fairly insular and is one of the few places where worship of [[gods:kelvar|Kevlar]] still persists in Geleia. Recently, students at Woofdont University have begun trying to establish friendly relationships with the residents in an attempt to get their opinions on the state of Geleia and their shared home.

=== Woofdont Island ===
An artificial floating island that founder Johana Woofdont had summoned with her magic to act as a sanctuary for the native wolf species of Geleia during a time when they were being over hunted. It was here that Johana awakened a pack of wolves that would eventually lead to the founding of Woofdont University. 

There is still a population of sentient wolves on the island who live in the forests dotting the campus, though a majority of its space is now dedicated to the many buildings of Woofdont University.

==== Southam ====
== Geleik: Foe'vadi ==

The largest city on Geleia located right in the seat of the Deheve Bay. This city is a well-traveled trading port that prizes trade and business above all. Southam is also a common spot to find adventurers, either coming into Geleia for business or leaving for a spell. Southam is ruled by the Prelate, or the most powerful merchant in the city.

==== Northam ====
== Geleik: Mane'eke ==

A decently sized city, though still dwarfed in size by its sister city, Southam. A logging community that has been a place of rest for merchants traveling from the north and the south. However, in recent years few have been allowed entry to this suddenly insular town, making a majority of its money from a toll road that the city operates. Northam is ruled by an oligarchy of the high priests of various temples within its walls.

==== Kieron's Watch ====
== Geleik: Kiħon’niħu ==

Founded by King Kieron I, this city was the once proud capital of the Kingdom of Geleia, whose power has fluctuated across the centuries. At one time, it had a hold on a majority of the realm, though now it is the central meeting place for the Anva’anri League.

Between Southam, Keiron’s Watch, and Liston, Liston is likely the place you wouldn’t want to be caught walking late at night. Previously a vassal city of the Kingdom of Geleia, they soon rebelled and are now ruled by the local Archduke of the Barrits. This city is also the home of the Orthodox Anubian Church.

Once a great and powerful city, Devon now is a vassal city under Liston, a status that its people hold great disdain for. Devon is renowned for its mounted horseback riders and their horses.
