Its lands are rolling hills and lush temperate forests, with the ancient Crideann Mountains acting as a border between Vervand and its neighbor of Arenti. Vervand has faced much hardship over the years, from Shinnean occupation to Dahabi rule. However, it is now a thriving nation.

 Vervand is a parliamentary democracy, with no singular leader. All decisions are voted on by the Parliament. They have no standing military, with much of their armed forces being made up of minuteman volunteers that heed the call when needed.
