 +===== The Great Wave and the Dawn of the Aetherite Age =====
 +=== Irkusk 13, 2558 ===
 +
 +Reconstruction has begun all across Jaern following the mysterious rift that had formed and led to the subsequent localized earthquakes and tsunamis throughout the planet. While the cause of the rift is heretofore unconfirmed, there are rumors that it was caused by the partial resummoning of the first Sovereign of the Beneath, Paimon. However, there have not been any public statements confirming or denying these rumors.
 +
 +More importantly, however, aetherologists from the Centralia Wizard's Guild have discovered the existence of strange crystals on Jaern following the flood of magical energy from the closing of the rift. While the crystals themselves have similar properties to Terisium-2, they are capable of holding a charge much better than their more 'standard' brothers. As such, they have decided to call this new crystal aetherite. While the extent of its uses are yet to be seen, research institutions are already hard at work creating new everyday items using the magical mineral. It seems that aetherite devices are here to stay on Jaern for many centuries to come!

 +===== Saga of Lizantis =====
 +=== Obern 2557 ===
 +A recent series of press releases from the reclusive, and previously unknown, undersea empire of Lizantis have been brought to the land discussing several concerning developments. The natives of Lizantis report that unauthorized ritual magic performed by military separatists lead to the destruction and final death of Demon Prince of Greed, Mammon as well as the revival of their native (and dead) god, Terrama, who has been brought into the godhead of their current god - Neptune. They stress patience and understanding in the adjustment period as Neptune and Terrama work through their growing pains.
 +
 +Lizantis would also like to make the world at large aware that it condemns these actions of godpact violation but does not condemn any actions taken against the denizens of the Beneath, in fact - they intend to redouble their efforts to hunt down every stray cultist and demon that still remains under Mammon's banner. If you or a loved one find yourselves in the company of what you suspect to be a cultist of Mammon, please report them to your nearest temple of Neptune for an investigation.
 +
 +With this latest effort, Lizantis has also made it clear that while they remain apprehensive of landwalkers they are willing to open their doors for limited communication, commerce, and movement of people. Let us all take the time and care in our day to reach out a hand to our new aquatic friends and learn more about these strange denizens of the deep.
 +
 +And remember, the worshippers of pride would sell your soul for a copper - report them early and often.

-Centralia and Prall entered into a trade agreement at the behest of the Dreaming's Spring Court, and Centralia would eventually grant Prall its independence. Additionally, a group of adventurers was able to complete a ritual to clear the influence the "One With a Thousand Eyes" had exerted over the Prallian citizens. Operations in Centralia soon returned to normal, and Prall now enjoys a newfound life as an independent city-state.+Centralia and Prall entered into a trade agreement at the behest of the Dreaming's Spring Court, and Centralia would eventually grant Prall its independence.  In early 2546, crystal towers which had stood around Jaern shattered, scattering crystals everywhere which absorbed into the soil. The Tarusian priesthood underwent a revival, changing their ways to be more open with knowledge. This reform would take time, however, and was not fully considered finished until 2554, when temples across both Jaern and Cahyali officially opened up membership to all people regardless of gender.  In early 2546, crystal towers which had stood around Jaern shattered, scattering crystals everywhere which absorbed into the soil.
