+Leifsholm is a very culturally isolated place. It is not very technologically advanced, due to the peoples' dedication to ensuring sustainability and care for nature. If Leifsholm adopts a piece of technology, it usually bodes well as it effectively a declaration of care. In recent years, they have begun to build large wooden ships to help the few merchants in the village get around easier, though they almost completely missed out on the age of exploration and adventurers. Most in the village have never even heard of adventurers being a full time job.
+The common folk live a more rustic lifestyle. It is not without its hardships or trivialities, but it is a peaceful life. Most of the residents appear to prefer the simple life, though this could be due to the fact that they know almost no other way of living. Every once in a while, an intrepid soul will leave and go to the outside world. A few years later, they always return, searching again for the simple life they so desperately left in the first place.
