Woa! Their was a major sunflare today. We're hearing rumors that the god Ra was somehow affected. His priests are not looking any too happy. The temple itself has not commented.

Do we really need a prison for spell casters? Traditionally the Wizards Guild has always handled that for us. Why are we now spending a lot of money surveying a location and constructing a prison facillity? Furthermore why are we doing it half way across Jaern? If we have to spend the money wouldn't it be better to do it locally and create jobs and stimulate the economy?

The Lock Kylar location near Lojem is an ideal prison location. The area naturally resistant to spell casting making it much cheaper to operate. The local Lizard community has been using it as a magical prison for years. Its very distance from Centralia also makes it attractive. Sure its further to transport prisoners but if something should go wrong they are also several months of boat travel away from us! I say the further away the better.

There will be a party at the Oubliette on the 7th! This is going to be an all nighter and a blow out. Those in the know know why !
