Urgent! We need adventurers in Pregada. Meet at Gill's ASAP.
Plot Synopsis
The docks around Jaern have been exploding and Gill wants the adventurers to prevent the Pregada and Centralia docks from meeting the same fate. He tells them about witnesses that have seen people acting strangely in both places. The adventurers find the man acting strangely standing blanking in an Inn room and Erica bludgeon's him. The find explosives in his room and dominate him to get rid of the dominate his is already under. They learn about the Onivero being part of this plot and start looking for the same explosive in Jaern. They find a shop that sells "exploded" art in Centralia that sells the same type of explosives, but it is a dead end. They wait at the docks and Berwyn smells explosives and Erica blugdeon a sailor giving him amnesia. They go to the Vormaxians to get that fixed and discover that he was just interested in different type of explosive and wasn't doing anything wrong. The next night they are at the docks, Berwyn smells explosives on boat coming in that has six sailors on it. Hannah attempts to cut the boat in half with a safety dagger, but messes up the attacks. Eventually Hannah ends up in the water with four of the sailor and one runs down the dock with a bag where Erica grapples him. Another is beside the boat on the docks. On detonates (per the psionic spell) injuring Erica, the one on the dock triggers his explosives, hurting a number of them, and Hannah fireballs the ones in the water exploding one of them and knocking herself unconscious killing the other three. Hannah quickly repairs the small amount of docks that got exploded and the adventurers report back to Gill. They are each paid 5,000 silver.
