Teresium is an alloy similar to tin in appearance and maleability.
It can pull magic from beings with a pool of units by encircling them. Often embedded into manacles to drain and keep a mage or priest from regaining units.
When charged to various states can be used in the creation of magic items including one shot, chargable and recharging items and artifacts.
