Mad Nettie is an ancient woman who blindly wanders the streets of Prall
crying out prophesies (mostly of doom) and begging for food, money or
directions.
The sad reality of her situation is that Nettie had a bad experience
with wood alcohol in her youth. After a two week drunk she woke up
blinded, disoriented and believing that Atena had touched her... maybe
she did.
