Lord Warren is an aloof personality, the most private of the Merchant Lords in Southham.  In rare appearances, he usually is in the company of other Merchant Lords, and they tend to defer to him.  He appears to be a middle-aged High Elf, soft spoken and calm.  He is almost never surprised by events, and rumor is that he is secretly in control of the city.
