One of the most powerful but most understated merchant lords in Southam, Aage Riis has been a major stabilizing factor on the Island of Geleia.  He has helped and led actions against the Bandits in wars during the recent past.  He is ever at odds with the Baritt Family of Liston in the north.  During major conflicts he controls a large portion of Southham's navy.

His keep is on an island just off shore, about 600 yards east from the docks.  He has an armed and manned Murajo for a drawbridge (at the end of a 200' long bridge), and another Murajo along side his keep.  Few are granted admittance to his residence.
