Goragon is the air mage in charge of the portals owned by the Rougtero wizard guild in the Portal Farm on the outside edge of town.  He directs events at the guild as well as communicates with the true owners in Geleia.  He has accumulated a good deal of power over the years along with a strong affinity for whiskey.  Parties wishing to use the portal to move back and forth between Geleia and Lojem must go through this guild and hence through Goragon.  He is also available for ferries between Rougtero and Port Haven.
