A strange thin man wearing an incredibly odd green suit with purple and yellow polka dots. He also wears a short purple bowler hat with stars on it and strange star-shaped glasses.

Awakened to Rizzing powers, he is capable of much rizzing mayhem. Since the events of "The Rizzler" game, he has lost both eyes and an ear.

He is currently in the custody of Rex (Nathan B.)
