Rustem wishes more than anything else to cause chaos and destruction on his plane in revenge for a perceived slight against him during the creation of his plane. He has attempted to assist in the ascension of new gods to the planar heavens, in an attempt to sabotage the Pure Deities. 

Rustem looks like a small imp with light blue skin. He is more of a demi-god in regard to power, hut few can match him on his guile.
