Reaver is one of the best Merc's the multiverse has ever seen.  He has every type of sight known, and some even unknown as of yet whenever he wants.  His PER is through the roof, and He can Snipe People miles away with Pin point Accuracy.  He has bullets that if he focuses and looses a good amount of mod can penetrate magical Effects.  he is currently being Hired out off Fable, but is sent for whenever Teresa needs him back.
