Friar Bessy Friar Bessy (short for F'kin Cotten Rock S'kin Bestard) is a short, fat, orcan priest of Scrogg who is always dressed in burlap. He is extremely out of shape and often coughs up blood after even a short run. Oddly, perhaps due to his piety, he seems to have no problem expending vast amounts of energy in other physical pursuits.

Of late Bessy has appeared to be made of iron or perhaps steel. It is rumored that he is actually a dragon. In fact it is becoming accepted fact as Bessy can often be seen in dragon form winging over Centralia or having his all too easily rusted skin oiled at the Erection.
