Amanda Amanda is a young, human girl. She was left at an orphanage shortly after birth with enough money for her to be raised properly. Not much was thought of this as it hapens quite frequently on Centralia island given the nobles voracious appetites.

Around her eight birthday Amanda was adopted by the cyborg Psamm Pyrrhos. She went to live with him in Pregada where Psamm made a living as a potter and occasional adventurer.

Shortly after Psamm's death Amanda moved to a small island in the north that was the stronghold of House Pyrrhos, currently led by Simon Pyrrhos. Her stay there was to be shortlived.

Simon Pyrrhos had a feud with Lord Jablome. A short time after Amanda moved to the Pyrrhos Island, the island received a visitor in the night. The messenger left Amanda with a package. Before the messenger was able to leave there was a blinding flash of light as everything on the surface of the island was instantly vaporized.

The priesthood of Tarus was quick to make sure that every sea going traveler was aware that to go near the island was to become fatally diseased.

After Amanda's death a rumor was leaked that she was actually the daughter of Lady Shaylan.
