Adventurers needed to retrieve a very important ring from an archaeological dig site.
Plot Synopsis
The adventurers were hired by Nori to go to the stronghold of the great crafter Ravillon and retrieve his great ring, which allows the user to interface with objects that contain more than three dimensions. The party ventured off plane, and found a group of dead archaeologists outside the stronghold. After heading in and looting an entire bedroom, the party had to fight a small army of skeletons, which they quickly took care of. After sifting through the remains of an arcane crafting lab and going through journals written in blood, the party had to solve a cipher to get through a door that was designed only to open with the payment of its creator's blood. After getting through the secret door, they had a nice conversation with the lich Ravillon in his hidden library. He said that he would give them the ring if he could entertain him, and sent them into an arena. After fighting rats, yarn monsters, night hags in heat, exploding treasure chests, and frat boys, the party finally made it out of the "pungeon" with the ring in hand. Ravillon congradulated them, and gifted each of them one of the rings he has become bored with as a consolation prize.
