Hook

Adventurers needed to investigate a temple/library, and discover the purpose of the building.

Plot Synopsis

The adventurers were sent to a facility located in a rather isolated portion of Jaern. When they got there they found a worn down library, and Pat immediately chose to kick down the door, and was set upon by a group of robots. They were eventually able to kill all the robots, but they spent all their spell units, so they set up camp outside of the facility. They were onset by robots during their second watch, and they were onset by a robotic tank, which they eventually took care of. they continued through a standard dungeon crawl, with thunder dragons, and healing traps. When they were going to leave, they found that a metal door had been erected between them and their loot, and they eventually found a button that allowed them to leave. when they got back to the employer, they found that there was a cult that had set up 8 facilities, scattered across jaern, that would steal energy from the gods. they were payed standard payment(1000 silver), and brought some loot from the facility.
