Adventurers requested to help save my house.
Plot Synopsis
The adventurers arrive during the day at the house and a woman answers the door. She tells them that she rents the house and that the renter has been very unresonable with the rent raising it drastically over the last year to rates she can't afford and he is threating to throw her out on the street if she doesn't pay it. She says if they can somehow get the property from him, she would be happy to pay them a reasonable rent for the property.
Jyolie attempts to seduce the man that owns the property, but fails as he doesn't seem to be interested. Oka-boka decides to attempt to go after him with a shady business contract and contacts "Grandmaster Barristry" for assistance. The top apprentice, after much trial and error, writes up a solidly confusing contract that allow Oka-Boca to charge insane retroactive rates upon any type of payment for goods. Since Oka-Boca is the trustworthy sort, he agrees to sign the contract. The next morning he is given his insanely high bill and takes Oka-Boka to his own barrister in an attempt to resolve this situation. His barrister decides it would be best to sign of the deed to the single property Oka-Boca is requesting instead of attempting to deal with the contract he signed the day prior.
They return to the woman and tell her the mission is accomplished and she agrees to pay them a rent of 30sp per month (10sp per person).
