Plot Synopsis

After barely escaping the ambush, party split up in their rush to survive. Badigadi stayed behind to speak with the woman and found out she was a Lord Tensen. They had disturbed the peace of the forest, and she was in a shoot first ask questions later mood. Upon some smooth-talking by Badigadi, he told her they were eliminating the failed experiments of the island and were willing to help clean up the trash. Badigadi offered her a peace offering in the form of a flower. She obliged and went on her way to communicate with other beings on the island. Party eventually met up where they found Carl. They decided to take some down time and do harmless shenanigans on each other to boost morale and team chemistry. They began venturing back towards where they were intending to go when suddenly the same Lord Tensen appeared. She introduced herself as Li Dan, and she offered them a job cleaning out the aggressive failed experiments in return for great power. They accepted, and everyone empowered Lug to look as handsome as possible for a chance at getting to know Li Dan more intimately. It succeeded, and Li Dan took Lug over to a semi-secluded area for Bochu Jutsu. Once they returned, both of them looked empowered physically and magically. She then told them where to find a group of Chobei before leaving them to their mission. They traveled for a bit longer and fought a strenuous battle against 5 Chobei. After the battle, they decided to take a much-needed rest.
