A group of… misfits… meet up to act as a bodyguard for scholar Male Nadir as he studies the recently discovered vault on the outskirts of town
Plot Synopsis
After finding the letter looking for low-rate adventurers to act as bodyguards, the group meets up and heads out with their ward, Male. They lose him in a marketplace, where Kaplumbaga buys a shirt, Malius buys one pound of fish, and Malrick cheats a cheater in Blackjack. They eventually get to the vault, and after a day of watching Male work, they guard his apartment in shifts. Throughout the night there are some strange noises, but there’s only an issue in the morning when they find him and his cat dead.
