The group fights off the replaced Eden, and returns to town to find out about the town’s past, though the town is currently completely empty.
Plot Synopsis
The session picks up where the last left off in the swamp, and it is an all out brawl. The party searches in the swamp for the original Eden, while the Fatewalker version of “Eden” is desperately fighting them off. They defeat the Fatewalker and head back to town, learning that the cemetery tree was supposed to be a good luck charm, but the ceremony went wrong when Jacques’s ancestor Adonis interrupted. Victoria is also a direct descendant of the first Mother Eye, and the fungus that has appeared around Fatewalker trees has been making the townspeople sick for a long time. Once they are completely back in town, all of the Hollow people have left, as well as Father Ward, who is gone without his shotgun.
