[INTRO COTSS] Black Flags on White Sands Part 1
Plot Synopsis
The party meets at the city state of Leviathan where they meet with their employer, Malaga, of the Pajak pirates. Malaga has gotten verified information that the Cult of Thoth has a key to one of the now popular vaults. He intends to catapult himself into fame and fortune by stealing this key and using it to enter the vault himself but he does not have the authority to send any of his men into combat without express permission from the captain. The party was hired to do the dirty work while the rest of the pirates aid them indirectly. It was decided that it would be best to allow the key to be moved to a secondary location before launching a proper heist as none of the party had the technical skills to excel at naval combat and no one wanted to rush the temple risking a grave curse. After sailing to the mainland, the party began investigating the town for any clues that would help with the heist. Several side plots ensued and the party is eventually led to the site they are to infiltrate which is where session was brought to a close.
