Plot Synopsis
The party examined the records provided by Corbin, and decided to visit the Anubian priest listed. After some convincing, she left with them to examine the wall and determined that the Rudrite and Anubian magic were woven by the same powerful caster, but the earth magic had a different caster. After that, the party investigated possible Anubians who were very strong casters who might also be Rudrites. They landed upon Rodger Isaacs, an Anubian adventurer. They visited his apartment, but he did not answer. Upon entering his apartment, they found him in a magical sleep due to the spell that put all adventurers asleep. After some explanation, Rodger revealed that Corel Misange, the head Anubian, was a Hirudo. The party went to the Neptunian temple, and the head priest misdirected them to follow one of his priests who is a gambling addict. After investigating the addict’s house, the party went to an underground area full of lowlives and found a gambling den where the addict and Brently were gambling.
