Plot Synopsis

Book 1: The Vibrant Soul

Chapter I: The Adventurers and the Demoness

The party woke up in the middle of a forest around an extinguished campfire. They heard a disembodied voice known as the Storyteller who told them their goal was to Slay a Demoness who was in the basement of a House in the forest. Party questioned the Storyteller, and he was quite vague about the reasoning other than the Demoness would destroy the world if she escaped. Party eventually went to the House and explored a little bit before going down into the basement. Rudrus used his strength to break down the unlocked door to the House and the door to the basement. The Party met the Demoness who was chained to the opposite wall. They talked and eventually decided to free her. They were eventually able to use lava and their combined strength to break the chain. Once they did so, the Storyteller locked them in the basement. they tried to leave through breaking down the door and teleporting through a window but were unable to do so. Eventually, Rudrus drew his sword, and the Storyteller possessed him to Slay the Demoness. A fight broke out, and it ended in Kessel causing an explosion that was amplified by the Storyteller, killing everyone in the room.

Chapter II: The Prisoner

The party woke up in the middle of a forest around an extinguished campfire. They heard a disembodied voice known as the Storyteller who told them their goal was to Slay a Demoness who was in the basement of a House in the forest. The Party questioned if the Storyteller was aware of a time loop, but he denied the existence of one. Party decided to explore the forest in search of gay piranhas from a note they found in Chapter I. They did not find any gay piranhas but instead found the same House they were told to go to. They split off in different directions, even going into the sky and digging down in the dirt. The result was the same; they arrived at the same House that they were told to go to. As they began to go into the House, their vision began to fracture, and everything went dark.

Chapter III: The Stranger

The party woke up in the middle of a forest around an extinguished campfire. They heard a disembodied voice known as the Storyteller who told them their goal was to Slay a Demoness who was in the basement of a House in the forest. There were semi-translucent walls around the House that seemed to be keeping them in. They questioned the Storyteller, but he didn't seem to know too much about them other than the fact that they were there. Party went to the House and found infinitely many Houses stacked planarly on top of each other. Everything inside of the House seemed wrong. They saw a black mirror that the Storyteller denied the existence of. Once the Party tried to interact with it, the mirror disappeared. The Party decided to leave their weapons upstairs and try to be amicable with the Demoness. The Party went to the door to the basement and found numerous staircases leading to different places. They took the left path, and some of Party began to get nauseous and get septuple vision. They found the Demoness chained to a wall after walking for a long time. When they began to talk with her, she began to fracture into multiple Demonesses with different personalities. The Demoness began to gnaw at her arm that was chained to the wall. Rudrus had his sword teleported to him and got into a combat with party. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, the Demoness was near freeing herself. All of Party except Kessel got on Rudrus' wolf Fenris and headed for the exit. Kessel had a conversation with the Demonesses and decided to help her escape the basement. The rest of Party rp-ed with the Storyteller who urged them to reconsider. Eventually, Kessel and the Demonesses caught up with the rest of Party, and the Demonesses became fused into one. They picked the lock of the door and blew open the magical seal preventing them from leaving. They asked the Demoness what she wanted to do, and she spoke of the future loops to come. She opened to door to the outside, and a wave of magic washed over the party. Everything went dark.
