Plot Synopsis
Our bumbling chucklefucks are thrust into the final boss of a completely unrelated and never-to-be-explained campaign I made up to confuse them. It serves no plot relevance and will never come up again. Afterwards, Sadie Harding has a dream about Volke dueling another Volke, leaving both in critical conditions. Another Volke appears and tells her to find "the muffin man" before Volke bleeds out and dies. "The muffin man" is code for Asteroth, the fallen servitor turned mortal from the 2022 newbie campaign. The group rushes over to find a) an executed asteroth, b) a dead volke clone(?), and c) a nearly dead Volke passed out in a hay pile. Annabelle discovers that the clone comes from the dreaming.
