SOG - Memories Doused in Blood(Session 8, Off Plane)
Plot Synopsis
Session continues with party engaging with Ghoti in battle. Ghoti zaps panzer into the void, party briefly starts attacking them, and Porkchop successfully managed to grab the crest from Ghoti. After making the resist check, Porkchop safely stored the crest away. Party woke Ghoti up and cuffed them to prevent them from doing anything else. During this, Raik decided it'd be a great idea to activate the crest but willingly fail. However, before he even got a chance to turn, Summer Riviera, Thetis's homunculus, cut his head off. This resulted in Raik's rather sudden death. Party stored his crest away safely and were sent back to castle.
Once party got back, they investigated briefly to see what the divine soldiers left behind before heading through the castle to wake everyone up. The situation was explained quickly and party was freed to figure out how to bring Raik back to life. After a lot of time trying to teleport and possibly revive Raik, no answers were found. In low spirits, party returned to the castle to rest.
As party slept many a night, a figure appeared in Porkchop's room. He forged a promise with Porckhop(who didn't realize till too late) to find a sword that he needed. He also returned Panzer back to him. Afterwards, the figure revived Raik in Thetis's room, albeit with some changes. Session ends with party resuming sleeping.
