SOG - Memories Doused in Blood(Session 5, Off Plane)
Plot Synopsis
Nightfall begins as party prepares to keep scout around the city of Granadia. Party splits into three groups to cover the various entrances. Raik, Smokestack, Ryne, & Porkchop watch the back castle wall. Sara, Ghoti, Thetis, & Panzer watch the river that flows into town. Meanwhile, the entrance is covered by scouts party created to hide and keep track.
On the castle wall side, the group encountered a rather large plant creature similar to a Malboro rushing towards the castle. Raik stealthily snuck behind the creature and used a flaming arrow to distract it. This worked, causing the creature to turn and run the opposite direction. On the river side, all was quiet until one of they received an alert from one of the entrance scouts. River group ran over and was sneakily attacked by soldiers of the gods. Party had a brief scuffle but ultimately defeated them. Castle party reunited with them towards the end of the battle.
After the fight, smoke was seen in the city. Party rushed in to see a house in flames and an injured family. Party assisted and learned a group of the gods soldiers had snuck in and were heading towards the castle. Session ends with party rushing to stop them.
