Fate of Chains: Rozmakhigrad VII [Vervand, Cahyali; Pthora, Cahyali]
Plot Synopsis
Party has been hired on the mission “Hold the Line” given by the Vervand Government. They are assigned to hold a mountain pass while Vervand engineers and earth mages construct a fortress behind them.
Party set out into the pass and quickly ran into some Pthoran scouts which were quickly dispatched. Party proceeded to face waves of Ley’orkian and Pthoran forces before finally facing a group of Mechs. Party was down 1, maybe 2, party members before Vulvenaar called her mom, and her mom came and scared them all off before the mechs were able to deal the final blow to the two downed party members. Her mom is a massive dragon that goes by the name of Thalyss Alya (Magic Item).
Ningguang was able to catch a falling party member just before they hit the ground (and die) and then they go and retreat back to the fort which is now finished and they leave. The dragon disappeared just a round later. They left back through a portal to camp shortly after.
