Plot Synopsis
Picking the combat back up, a rough fight ensued. Maris died by fire, and the rest of the party scrambled about trying to keep themselves alive. Stheo utilized a great power that nearly killed most of the party. Rik, Sauri, and Izzu were all knocked unconscious, with Sunny slicing Rik’s head off. Gale caught the head, and Sunny left. Gale found a book containing information about where Adrik and Kostya were going next, as apparently they had hired Sunny to guard the ice boat. The party decided to head beyond the fold of Esrior to stop Adrik and Kostya from gaining more power from some being of fire. Gale revived Maris, but failed to revive Rik. The party slept for 20 hours as Makar steered the ship with some jinghua, The party awoke with Rik being seemingly possessed by his scorpion.
