Plot Synopsis
ARMBOKT fails to capture all of the terrorists. Helena Berns decides to give the party a deal to rid them of their debt (which she now says they owe.) This involves capturing the escapees and bringing them to justice. The party splits up to look for clues.
Feare killed 3 of the escapees, only 4 managed to escape the raid. The party was able to capture 1 of them and slit his tendons in his arms and his ACLS is gagged and in Feare. Feare car bombed Helena's car, and then proceeded to get electrocuted? By one of the guards counter spells.
