Plot Synopsis
The party made their way into New Spire City where they set up shop at a seedy tavern named High Voltage. Here they did reconnaissance and learned that Queen Pua'lani is being held beneath an abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of the city. Rosalie order a drink from the ttavern which sent her to the Dreaming where she met Eleutheria who handed her an item to be used by Francis on the day of the big battle.
