Brain Freeze [Gilded Slumber] Game 7; I Said Freeze! (Polis, Pthora, Cahyali)

Plot Synopsis

The game started with the party gathering together and shuffling their way to Polis. Meeting outside of the Polis Development Lab for Research and Science (PDLRS), the party did some loose scouting with Aether taking a brief tour in the morning and Sauri using his soul to explore the building when night hit. The party snuck onto the roof and snuck through the research lab. Finding a series of ciphers and puzzles seemingly left intentionally by some mysterious stranger.

Heading through the area, whilst collecting these codes, the party killed a guard who was on duty. They found it odd that he was the only one on duty. Near the end, the party found a series of blueprints and audio logs. The audio logs were by some inventor named Zuanshi Wei, who seems to have left the clues leading to the logs. It was here that the party found an odd device that shot lightning bolts at locations. The party used it to try and attack the imperial palace to very little avail. Nxiya went outside and was immediately arrested. It turns out, “Henry Stone” was likely a traitor of some kind. Party cut off the device’s power after the lightning proved ineffective in destroying buildings. One by one, the party was slowly arrested and taken to Rozmakhigrad prison, except for Ouros, who ditched the group and teleported to Shinneok.
