Plot Synopsis
After the party captured the boats from the Ley'Orkian military, they used Sen disguised as the Admiral to make their way into the communications tower and capture it. During this, they intercepted two messages. One detailing that Queen Pua'lani was in New Spire City, and the second they were not able to completely decrypt, but they managed to get the words "Shinneok... plans... soon"
