Plot Synopsis

This game started with the party making their way back to Port Bandar on a cart. They very loudly discussed their next plans and their future plans. After a long Daryl Roast Session, poor Daryl tried to comfort himself by interrogating the person who owned the cart to see if they knew where to sell organs. They did not.

Heading back to Port Bandar, the party picked up another round of supplies, including a spare gun, a spare maroglave, and a forgery kit. They ran into Rob the Tailor, high as usual, and convinced him to help make them more disguises, just in case. They went to pick up some Sago weed from his dealer in Lithicore Ranch and were met with the loud sounds of Charles Lithicore himself making an announcement.

Deciding it was best to move on, the party left for Tiancheng. Daryl tried to intimidate a stranger, only to get lifted off the ground. Fianon noticed that they were being watched much more heavily from the rooftops. They ran into Gumbo, who decided to help them on their quest. Taking the party to the shrine on the lake, the spirit recognized the previous trio, but was puzzled by Daryl. They gave Daryl a similar vision that they had given to Gaul Soodman previously.

The group made plans to take down the next mine. They found a Lithicore blockade surrounding it. Sneaking aboard due to Blue’s magic, the party duked it out against a cavalcade of soldiers. One of them had a very large cannon-gun that Fianon took an interest in. Feare went to the bottom of the ship, finding it empty. The party seemed to be the only ones left on board…it was a trap. Turns out, all the boats were merely filled with guards. The telegraphs all had false codes implanted that a code-reader in the nearby entrance to the mine would identify and use to notify the teams to strike. Feare sent out a transmission. Fianon shot a cannon at one of the other ships, and Daryl sped the ship into the mine, causing part of the entrance to collapse and begin filling with water. Fianon tried to call an alarm to get people out, but they were attacked with some strange, mystical knockout powder that lessened their senses until they fell asleep. Feare threatened to blow up the ship, which didn’t really work as a negotiation tactic, but got a really cool speech and escape sequence out of it. Blue followed, handily making a temporary portal that they put all their stuff and Feare’s stuff into. Meanwhile, Daryl and Tombie tried to escape on a rowboat. Fortunately, Seaog the falcon who had been sent out earlier arrived with the draconic spirit. Unfortunately, a net got a nat 20 and sunk the beast into the depths, allowing the party to be taken to Lithicore Ranch and jailed.
