Plot Synopsis
The party met up in Southam, finding their weapons temporarily confiscated. The party met with Ms. Windam, the lord’s secretary. She informed them of the history of the local Great Museum of Advancement and its recent issues with cases of amnesia. Zelda and Ves went to speak with the lord who had forgotten everything. Zelda restored the man’s memories and he told them about the strange obelisk in the storage area of the museum’s attic.
Upon arriving at the museum, the party was given their weapons back and they were allowed to explore. They found the elevator to the top was defunct, but there was a nearby flying machine that was stripped of a few parts. Going through the rooms, the party completed memory puzzles and obtained the propeller, the steering mechanism, and the engine. Every time someone grabbed the items, they re-lived a twisted version of their most prevalent memory. After constructing the DaVinciCopter, the party used it to head into the storage room.
Entering the maze-like storage room, the party found Minerva, becoming temporarily trapped in an illusion. Ves revoked it through the use of the Ring of Carmen, and had a heart to heart with Minerva. Zelda had a mental breakdown for a bit, but Tyr helped her with a bowl of ice cream. Tyr also bought Spite a bone. The party answered some of Minerva’s riddles and she stood down, releasing the obelisk. Ves learned the secret of the obelisks’ origins from Minerva. A week after the event, Lavare would begin receiving letters from Minerva trading riddles back and forth.
