“That Time I Went to Sleep and Became an Adventurer on Teyvat”
Plot Synopsis
Note: This was a second game that a group agreed to let me improvise. And yes the setting is Genshin Impact.
Co-GM: Brady
Three separate Jaern adventurers went to sleep for the night. As they slip into their dreams, they realize it is not a normal dream as they all appear in front of a stone gate that opens to another world, landing on a beach next to a cliff side.
While drifting through the Sea of Quanta, Bronya also appears on the same beach.
The group fishes out a companion (Paimon) and follows the trail to the nearest city, where they meet a dragon and a boy named Venti, who introduces the world as Teyvat and lets the group know to head to the city of Mondstadt. Once in Mondstadt, they learn about the Adventurers Guild, register with them, and accept a quest to explore a domain. They make their way into the domain and begin solving puzzles and defeating enemies. At the end, there is a treasure chest full of common artifacts and weapons found within Teyvat. As night falls, they all fade back into their own worlds.
