After a long day of travelling, you retire at long last in an inn called the Autumn Shade. The day ends and the night dawns. All is peaceful. Until the forest itself starts screaming. What awaits you in those canopied expanses? Find out on this episode of Aryan bullshits some stuff.
Plot Synopsis

Players were resting in a demiplane inn when the forest around them started screaming. After some investigation, the players found signs of necromancy and earth magic. They were ultimately confronted by a forest spirit who was essentially militarizing the forest to wreak havoc on a nearby town that had been encroaching into its forest. After some initial hostility, the players cut a deal with the forest spirit wherein the town would pay tribute to the forest and be mindful of what they took, and in return, the forest would bless them with bounty. Given that the monopoly man was the mayor of the town, this treaty is likely being exploited in multiple ways.
