“The omens have predicted a terrible calamity! Adventurers are wanted to quell public fears by doing heroic deeds and slaying monsters”
Party journeyed to the ancient temple of Elioh, fought some trolls in the caverns beneath, and returned with the flower petals from the Moon Blossom. There were plenty to spare, so they were allowed to keep a few as a personal thank you from the council.
