One time thought to be only a myth... used to frighten children into behaving... this week the reality proved all too real. On the evening of Pim 17 a shadow walker entered our City. Before it was destroyed over a hundred of our citizens would be killed, most of whom were prominent artisans or merchants, but some were priests and servants. One eye witness account tells the story that has become familiar since the attack:It was quite late at night when this cloaked figure appeared just inside the doorway. The master shouted at him to leave. Then it stepped into the light... it wasn't human! It was hideous and deformed. I started to scream and the creature just slapped me aside. I must have hit my head on the wall. When I woke it was gone and the room, and, O God, me, were covered in blood.Not everyone's screams went unnoticed. Some brought attention and witnesses who saw what the problem was went for the Solarium.Many Priests of Ra ran into the night following a trail of screams. When they caught up with the beast they brough the power of the light to bare on it and it quickly fell. Only one priest was killed during the fight.
The remains of the creature were taken to the Solarium for study. The Tower has already petitioned to take possession of the corpse for their own studies. "It is, afterall, rumored to be a creature created by magic", an aged wizard tells us.
Thousands came to what could easily be the largest blessing ceremony ever held. The entire Solarium was present including our quiet visitors from Southport (but thats another story). Leader Prem presided over the event flanked by his personal guard and a highly placed priest of Orus.Leader Prem singlehandedly blessed each person who came forward. (This reporter will note that some of his companions were casting what were obviously support spells). 4812 people were blessed altogther ranging from the Pralls in town for the occasion to Lady Chelsea, last Lord of Centralia. A scribe for the temple stood nearby to take count and let people sign a roster saying they were part of it all.
There's been a lot of rumors about why the embassy from the Southport Solarium is here... at this time. One of these ambassadors came out of seclusion very early this morning to issue a few words.A full explanation will come in time. Right now I can only set your minds at ease and dispell some of the myths that are likely surrounding our arrival.We have not come to take over, nor have we come to take away any of your spiritual leaders. Most especially we have not come to pass judgement in any way for that is not our way. We have come to observe, to talk and to understand. Let me first extend a warm thankyou to everyone who participated in our event a few days ago. I think it was a magnificent success and an incredible display of the fact that we, as a people, are ready to move forward toward the Light.That same night our people were brutally attacked in their sleep by a creature of dark and chaos. Our prayers go out for the families and friends of those slain in this masacre. However, the fact that our opposition chose that night to strike can only mean that they fear us. They fear what we become when we unite toward a common cause. Those that died, are brave and honorable casualties in this war we fight. A war we cannot afford to lose.

Also missing is Maegwin Darwin (Von Darwin's wife). Khaymen last seen
leaving on a small ship assisting an acolyte of Osiris. Other unussual
items include the two undead with new armor and weapons sitting in a
corner of Maegwin's basement. Though the priests of Anubis had no idea
where these could have come from. Any parties with information or are
