Leader Prem has respnded to our cities outrage by closing the roads to Prall. Pralls have been becoming increasingly bold in approaching our citizens and in speaking out against out cities leaders. The culminating incident occurred last week when a small band of Pralls held down an elderly couple and forced them to listen to their ravings.Pralls have long been allowed within our city to perform cleaning and maintenance chores. It has, in the past, been understood that they were not to remain in the city when their work was finished.
Since a large number of Pralls rely on the income they receive from our City, some will still be allowed to enter. Guards will stop them on the road and track the number coming in and out, their names and where they live. It is being made clear that any poor behaviour while within our city will be punished.
It remains to be seen if the punative warnings will have any affect on Prall behavior. Another interesting questions is what will happen if not enough Pralls make the trip to keep our city tidy...
The division of Tor that left at the end of last month should have returned yesterday. While not atypical for a mission of this import to run over, it should be noted that there has been no contact at all with the patrol since they left. If word is not received in a few days another patrol will be sent to search for them.If they met with foul play Centralia could be pulled into war for the second time this decade, ironically it would also be the second time in three centuries.
Only three days to go! The Guild of Wizards has been consulted and they are saying clear skies and moderate winds. Right now there is a gentle snow which, hopefully, will stop and blow off the water in time for the races. Already many teams can be seen practicing. Look for a few suprises in the skating area as well!
