MCAS VII - A Crack in the Lens 1 (Ruefang, Cahyali)

Plot Synopsis

The party gathered for the summit meeting and spent the majority of the time gathering intel and information. They suspected that The Faceless One was disguised and in attendance of the meeting, and used various detection methods, both magical and otherwise, to narrow down their pool of suspects. In this effort, they managed to find a group of four attendants who seemed suspicious:
- Liu Wuxiang, a male elven member of The Kinland Order, and head of the organization’s Ruefang Branch
- Su Xian, an androgynous semi-aqueous lizard member of the Commission of Divine, and a priest of Thoth (Tarus).
- Xiao Wulong, a male elf-orcish member of the Commission of Trade, an administrative employee with the rank of Ambassador.
- Katsu Ryo, a female halfling member of the Commission of Sorcery, and a research professor in the school of Arcane Knowledge.

Additionally, three new Commissions were put on the table for what organizations should replace the now defunct Commission of Industry and Commission of Raikougan:
- The Commission of Preservation, proposed by Zhang Qingzhou, dedicated to the preservation of tradition and culture of the nation.
- The Commission of Justice, proposed by Liu Wuxiang and Tapatahi Tawhiri, dedicated to maintaining a checks and balances over the government and overseeing criminal justice, imprisonment, and rehabilitation in the stead of the RCA.
- The Commission of Development, proposed by Bailin Howard, dedicated to the exploration and expansion of Ruefang settlements within the country, as well as the management and development of natural and magical resources.
The two more popular proposals seem to be the Commissions of Justice and Development.
