Plot Synopsis
After reawakening from their latest visit to The Library, the party decides to do some reconnaissance around the Town With No Name and figure out how the time loop works. With some observation and careful planning, they manage to capture the woman named Ciel. She explains to the party how she was under the employ of the Altepetl royal family to get back the coin Clint was using. She then demonstrates the true power of the coin: to white out reality and rewrite it as the user wishes. The loop then resets.
The next loop, a few things happen. Lorenz manages to get elected as mayor of the Town With No Name and passes a law prohibiting any consorting with the Whiteout and prohibiting the use of white feathers for their "religious importance." Meanwhile, Ren, Rilo, and Jitu all talk with Clint and convince him that he is in a time loop after he loses in a duel to Volke. To demonstrate the power of the coin, Jitu performs the same ceremony as Ciel and he ends up meeting the Whiteout. He strikes a deal with it, giving Jitu a white feather that when a circle is drawn on someone, "brings others on the same page."
The party then decides that the coin may be how Ciel is tracking Clint and takes it to the local Isisite church to wait for Ciel. When she arrives, she seals the church away in a domain of pure white and a fight ensues...
