Plot Synopsis
The party looted the cultist base before fighting the cultist's leader, Lai Da. After killing several of the cultists and having a few party members end up inside of a giant mechanical spider (Lai Da's "Greatest Creation, intended to gather power"), NPC lands the final blow to kill Lai Da. Her death allows for enough power for the giant mechanical spider to activate, and the party scrambles to stay alive and kill it. With a lucky shot, Beretta manages to bring it down, and they work together to prevent the deaths of the captured and falling members. The remaining cultists flee or are killed, and the party (along with Bai Guo, who the party has deemed "Private") starts to return to the surface.
